Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today I bring you a super delicious easy raspberry pie recipe. It's my favorite and I always make it for Thanksgiving. The trick for this pie is that you actually use Jello for the filling. It may sound weird but it is so yummy. So here it is!
Raspberry Pie
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 3 oz package raspberry jello
1 cup water
1 quart raspberries
baked pie crust
In a sauce pan combine cornstarch, jello, and sugar
Add the water, stir, and bring to a boil
When the mixture is boiling add in raspberries. I like to use frozen ones so they get less soggy
Stir them in so your mixture looks like this
Then pour into your pie crust, and chill for an hour before serving
Your pie is ready! I recommend serving it with whipped cream to add extra deliciousness! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. What are you thankful for? Comment down below!

ReplyDeleteThe pie is delicious. I can vouch for that! And it's "light" after a large meal.
I am also thankful for the blessings of family, and our country.
